The Nutrition and Dietetics program at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of La Guajira is offered at the professional level in classroom mode, based on the contributions of the basic and disciplinary sciences. The curricular strategies that energize the academic activity of the program are centered on the design of pertinent contents, mixed methodologies, selection of mediations and evaluations of the learning results in the diverse fields of formation.
