This guideline focuses on strengthening the relationship between academia, business and the state, in order to promote the economic, social and technological development of La Guajira. Its specific goals include the definition of guidelines to promote entrepreneurship, create spaces for participation to improve entrepreneurial skills, and foster strategic alliances to build sustainable business networks.

In this regard, Uniguajira plans to organize a series of events designed to provide young entrepreneurs with practical tools and knowledge that will help them turn their ideas into successful projects, strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and consolidate their relationship with governmental and non-governmental entities.
