The Human Resources Office of the University of La Guajira is a fundamental unit within the institution, dedicated to the management and development of human capital. Its mission is to ensure a highly trained and committed work team.
This unit is responsible for a wide range of functions related to personnel administration. This includes the selection and recruitment of new employees, training and development of new hires, payroll and benefits management, as well as the promotion of a healthy and productive work environment.
