Applicants to undergraduate programs who wish to participate for a special quota, must select the admission modality (once the list of applicants is published) for which they wish to be evaluated, according to the prioritized group or special condition to which they belong and support the requirements that support it.
Each applicant will be evaluated together with the applicants of the same group, taking into account the best scores in the state tests and the number of places described below:
Indigenous
- Requirements
- Certificate of ethnicity issued by the Secretary of Indigenous Affairs (Municipality) or the Ministry of the Interior.
- Act of Commitment to provide social services in their community of origin (With their community).
- Act of Possession (of their traditional authority).
- Photocopy of civil registry or baptismal certificate (to prove caste), applies only to indigenous Wayuu.

Raizal ethnic group, black community, ROM people
- Requirements
- Certificate of belonging to the Raizal community issued by the legal representative of the respective community or by the Ministry of the Interior.

- 7% of the quotas per program.
Victims of the armed conflict
- Requirements
- Social action letter or Single Registry of Victims (RUV)
- Departmental certificate.
- Photocopy of a utility bill.

- Certification of the recognition obtained by a departmental institution.
