These skills are change-oriented and seek to promote respect for human dignity, equity, justice and the creation of conditions for human, cultural and social development.

The field of action of the Uniguajira social worker is broad and includes areas such as child and adolescent protection, support for the elderly, care for people with disabilities and assistance to street populations. They can also work in hospitals, health centers, schools, private organizations or governmental entities.
