E’ikaa (que en Wayuunaiki traduce enseñar, instruir), es el personaje representativo del Control en la University of La Guajira, que llegó para ayudar de manera sencilla, dinámica y amigable, a incentivar en los miembro de la comunidad universitaria la Culture del Control.
