Es un programa diseñado considerando las necesidades del contexto actual. Cuenta con un enfoque pedagógico que integra las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) en todo el plan de estudios, lo que permite que la enseñanza sea centrada en el alumno. Además, los seminarios tienen aplicación en el contexto del aula y ayudan a transformar la práctica docente mediante la utilización de herramientas y estrategias educativas y didácticas innovadoras.
