The Human Development Area is in charge of policies, programs and actions that contribute to raise the quality of life of the university community, implementing strategies that facilitate the conditions of adaptation and permanence in the community, reinforced in the practice of institutional values and aspects of human development such as improving student self-esteem, motivation and assertive decision making that guide them to obtain their academic goals and achievements in their life project. Also, the work and psychosocial support for all our strata, through a mechanism of interaction and psycho-emotional balance.
Our Mission
The Human Development area aims to promote the potential of the educational community, to increase their possibilities and the skills they acquire within the institution; and in turn, to improve the living conditions of its members through comprehensive programs aimed at covering their basic and complementary needs, and the creation of a socio-educational environment in which the human rights of the population are respected.
Our Vision
We envision our future as an area with the capacity to participate and impact effectively in the construction of an educational community that is prosperous in an integral sense; furthermore, as an essential piece for the individual to achieve self-knowledge, that is to say, a more intimate relationship with himself/herself.
