We are a group of young engineers, leaders and entrepreneurs from all over Colombia, committed not only to our holistic training, but also to national development and integration, which is why in response to the institutional renewal of 2013 (with broad coverage agreements, an even more robust work structure and a re-launch of our image) we want to tell the country and the world that "We are part of the answer" and that "The Answer is Colombia".
ANEIAP is an autonomous, non-profit organization created to create, promote and support activities and experiences that promote the integral development of its members (future professionals in Industrial Engineering, Management, Production and related fields) in the cities where it has offices: Bogota, Riohacha, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Valledupar, Sincelejo, Medellin, Cali, Manizales and Pereira. Principles
PRINCIPLES are the natural laws that are external to a social group and that ultimately control the consequences of actions.
For ANEIAP, for example, Democracy is the power exercised by the great majority of its members, seeking a previous and total understanding of the problems to be modified both of the Association and of the environment in which we live. Representativeness is the firm will to express and support the feelings and ideas of the members and chapters or Associations and Students of Industrial, Administrative and Production Engineering and Autonomy is understood as the ability to govern itself in the development of its purposes, based on a straight conscience and according to the legal and institutional frameworks in force.
Collective Conscience, on the other hand, is the general will that tends towards the development of the common good, motivating respect, abandoning individualism, to adopt an interest in the growth and improvement of the group. Equality is the equitable valuation of all people, understanding them as unique and indivisible individuals, with duties and rights, to achieve a clear and proper identity. Good faith, all members of ANEIAP take into account the clarity in observing that the attitudes, the positions, the management, the actions of the other, the counterproposals, the contrary opinions, are promoted by the healthy intention of collaborating for the achievement of the objectives of the Association.
